Electroserv sales increase by 206%

Following a lengthy selection period, Electroserv recently won a significant distribution contract with legacy brand Watlow to become the exclusive distributor of Eurotherm branded products within the UK. The brand represented approximately 1,000 customers and they wanted to migrate 800 of them to be sold through a single distributor. This meant that all Watlow’s UK based Eurotherm customers would become Electroserv customers.

Supporting growth using multi-platform marketing and PR strategies

Campaign tactics incorporated a mix of online and offline activity including, website updates, developing a robust trade portal, introducing an online purchase order system, creating automated emails, adding multiple new products to the website, supporting an introductory email campaign, press relations to announce the contract and a strategic SEO roll out.

Plinkfizz supported Electroserv with a multi-platform strategy which included ensuring the website was equipped to handle a sudden influx of customers, was accommodating to a new audience, the audience were well informed and comfortable with the transition and the brand was completely accessible to approximately 1,000 new customers.

These were followed up with a content and technical SEO strategy including keyword specific blogs. The team also recorded and produced an introduction video to the new dedicated sales manager, which was distributed via an email campaign.
