Plinkfizz announces new strategic partnership with Staffordshire FA
Staffordshire-based marketing agency Plinkfizz has announced a new strategic partnership with Staffordshire FA.
As a committed partner, Plinkfizz will help to support grassroots football across the county.
One of the key elements of working with Staffordshire FA is to build more relationships between the organisation and businesses across Staffordshire and get them involved in grassroots football. With increased business support, Staffordshire FA can continue to support 34,000 players and over 2,600 teams and grow their reach into different sectors.
Business support also goes toward funding coaching programmes, facility improvements, safeguarding initiatives, referee development and ensuring football remains accessible, safe and inclusive for people of all ages and abilities.
Fiona Hawkins, Managing Director at Plinkfizz commented,
“We’re excited to team up with Staffordshire FA and helping them to grow their presence within the business community of Staffordshire. This partnership is rooted in growing the game at every level.
“There is a fantastic opportunity for businesses to support grassroots football and give something back and we’re looking forward to helping facilitate this.”
Gareth Thomas, Commercial and Partnerships Lead at Staffordshire FA added,
“We’re really looking forward to working with Plinkfizz and increasing the awareness of Staffordshire FA and grassroots football-related activity across the county.
“Over 34,000 people in Staffordshire play football regularly via volunteer-run grassroots football clubs, which equates to a social return on investment of over £136m across that network. This includes £126m in economic value, £5m in healthcare savings for the NHS, and £5m in social value. Our commercial partners play a hugely impactful role in the support that Staffordshire FA provides to this network of grassroots clubs and the volunteer workforce, and we’re collectively working together to support Staffordshire Football to enhance our local communities.”
