We researched and specified an appropriate venue design architect consultancy to deliver the re-branded venues for Pasta di Piazza, providing consultancy around customer experience, brand application and interiors consultation throughout.

We have specified and designed all assets used to create a credible, trust-worthy brand, to generate income within the Pasta di Piazza restaurants, including signage, uniforms, menus, website and social media platforms.

Following an initial period of capital expenditure and asset creation, we manage the brand online and offline, generate media coverage, deliver business engagement activities as well consumer targeted campaigns, manage the reputation of the restaurants through the relevant online platforms, plan and execute social media content and campaigns, create and deliver targeted eDM marketing activities, manage and maintain the priority club customer database, monitor sales by outlet and make marketing recommendations according to forecast and performance. All on a regional and local level to engage with consumers, business and the local communities.

We also identify and recommend opportunities for the restaurants to raise their profile through relevant local charities, delivering an ethic of Corporate Social Responsibility.
