Plinkfizz undertook a complex method of research to gauge how much onlione visibility Crystal Legal had in the regional recruitment market and how well their website was performing.
The existing website for Crystal Legal didn’t rank highly on search listings and had a poor user journey. Plinkfizz designed a more engaging and user-friendly careers portal website which encouraged users and potential employees to spend more time on the site and to visit other pages.
A PR campaign was designed to increase brand awareness and engagement for candidates in the local and wider resident and business community, using press releases, blogs and case studies to showcase the friendly, charitable nature of the company and convey the progressive opportunities within a company career.
A social media strategy was devised to generate in-bound job applications, increase social media engagement, and increase referrals to Crystal Legal.
The project generated significant results across a three-month period and went on to be shortlisted for four major industry awards: Best Integrated Campaign: Prolific North Awards, Integrated Campaign of the Year: PRCA DARE Awards Midlands, Best Low Budget Campaign under 50K: Northern Marketing Awards and Best Use of Research or Insight: Northern Marketing Awards.
