Working as part of a vibrant and supportive team in a fast-paced environment, you’ll act as the key contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to brief. This role requires strong project management, communication, and strategic thinking, as you’ll work closely with both clients and our internal specialists (design, digital, content, and more).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, managing expectations and building long-term relationships.
- Translate client briefs into clear internal project plans with timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, PR, content).
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using key metrics (Google Analytics, Meta, email platforms, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to ensure campaigns are executed with excellence.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and regular reports.
- Manage budgets and timelines across all projects and flag risks early.
- Proactively identify upsell and growth opportunities within client accounts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar marketing or agency account management role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident leading client meetings and calls.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and fast-paced workloads.
- Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Competency in project management tools.
- Experience with analytics/reporting tools.
Desirable:
- Agency experience.
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C client sectors.
Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours
Work days: Monday to Friday
Language: English (required)
Work Location: Onsite, with the option of occasional work from home.
Ability to commute/relocate: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
