The race to contact everyone that you’d ever done business with hotted up during the last few weeks of May. But in the end, GDPR came and went – mostly without a hitch!
We heard news of companies ditching their whole databases, never to communicate with their customers by email ever again, and then there were endless ‘opt-in’, ‘opt-out’ emails ahead of the 25 May deadline.

Hot subject lines …
- Time is running out – hurry! We won’t be able to send you exciting news and offers from XXX
- It’s almost time to say goodbye [sad face]

What worked for you?
We’d love to hear about your experiences, did any make you chuckle? Or did you just simply lose it with the sheer volume of GDPR emails? And did you actually stay in touch with any of those companies that sent you pre-GDPR emails? Drop us a comment on our Facebook or Twitter pages.
In an ever-changing market, it’s a challenge to stay connected with current and prospective customers and clients and making the most out of diminished post-GDPR databases can prove tricky.
We’re here to help! We can maximise your messages and help your emails to reach their full potential – after all, the database you’re left with will at least contain those people that want to engage with your company. So why not make the most of it?!
If you’d like to talk to the team, here’s where you can do it. We look forward to hearing from you.
