And we won!!

Last week we sat and waited with baited breath hoping to take home another win at the 2020 Northern Marketing Awards.

We’re thrilled to announce that after a whirlwind of a year, the team’s hard work and dedication was realised with an award for best Professional and Financial Services campaign!

The award winning Black Friday and Cyber Monday campaign was created for interest free credit payment company, DivideBuy. The effort behind our lead generation and advertising campaign saw DivideBuy quadruple their daily sales and achieve an ROI of 5,452% – the proof’s in the pudding with these incredible results.

Up against two great campaigns – Delineo and The Cumberland – Brighter Banking Campaign and Northstar and Cowgills Super Accountants Campaign, we were thrilled with this great win to bolster team spirits after the uncertain times of 2020.

We were also shortlisted in two other categories which was an achievement in itself.

The Black Friday and Cyber Monday campaign also earned us a shortlisting in the Best Small Budget category where we were up against a strong list of tough competition.

Our third shortlisting was for another client in the best B2B campaign that saw us launch a new website in lockdown.

The new site coupled with our integrated marketing strategy led to record sales on the client’s trade portal and achieved:

  • 152% increase year-on-year in trade portal sign ups
  • Visitor numbers increased by 92%
  • Session numbers increased by 123% to over 10k sessions
  • Traffic increased by 207%

We love the Northern Marketing Awards, it’s always a great evening and a way to check in with others in the industry. We’re sorry we missed out on the festivities this year; however, we’re looking forward to celebrating the awards in 2021 where we’ll hopefully showcase more of our award winning work!

We’re still enjoying bragging rights from winning Small Marketing Agency of the Year in 2017 (the only agency locally to have achieved the much-coveted award). We’re incredibly proud of that achievement and any award wins since then have been the icing on the cake.
