Fiona's date with royalty
Our Marketing and New Media Director Fiona Hawkins was among the welcoming party when HRH Prince Charles visited a historic pottery.
The Prince of Wales was in our home city of Stoke-on-Trent to tour the historically important Middleport Pottery which has been revamped with the help of the Prince’s Trust.
And Plinkfizz is playing its part in the regeneration project, having been commissioned to design and build a website and produce a brochure for the Prince’s Trust.
“It is a fascinating project to be involved in,” said Fiona. “Middleport Pottery is one of the few remaining Victorian pot banks and is important to the history of Stoke-on-Trent and the UK’s wider industrial heritage.
“I was honoured to be at the launch, not just to meet the Prince of Wales, but because it felt as though Plinkfizz was part of a very special project in the history of our city.”
